  • International Customers: International customers can follow a similar process—purchase a replacement item, return the unsuitable items, and receive a refund.
  • Combine Shipping: Thinking of exchanging? Combine the replacement item with any other purchases, paying shipping only for the combined order.

Refund Policy:

  • Most items are eligible for a refund, except for engraved or custom-made items, which can be refunded only if a manufacturer's fault is found.
  • Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order (extended to 30 days after Christmas for Christmas gifts).
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition, with all bags/tags/labels intact and items free from odor and pet hair.
  • For international returns, clearly state on the package and customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional charges.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY FOR Kilt and Jacket:

 
 

At Kilt and Jacket, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. While we conduct stringent quality checks before shipping, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or replace a product. You have 30 days to return the product.

Here are the aspects to consider:

Return/Replacement:

  • Return or replacement requests are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses in the case of returns or replacements.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition with tags attached.
  • If we have made an error, we will also refund the shipping and delivery charges.
  • Photos of the defects must be sent before initiating the return or replacement process.

Non-Refundable:

  • Products sold in sale or discount are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
  • Made to measure and fully customized products are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Worn or altered items cannot be returned.

How to Return:

    2. If the product is defective, include photos of the defects.
